CMP Yahoogroups - user created content to be deleted

Before Geoff started this forum in earnest, he had set up a mailing list with a Geocities, which was later taken over by Yahoo. It has been recently announced that Yahoo Groups will no longer host user created content on its sites - please https://help.yahoo.com/kb/groups/SLN31010.html.

There hasn't been much activity on that mailing list since quite a few years (it has been running in cyberspace driver less since Geoff passed away), but if you are a member of that group and want to save some of the photos and/or files, please log in soon and save them on your hard drive.

Yahoo is, however, assisting those old groups on Yahoo to transition across to Groups.io, by shifting across member lists and archived content.

For which Groups.io charges $200 per annum, plus another 200 to make sure the transition is completed before Yahoo deletes the content.
