Default Otter rear stowage boxes

Hello all,

The attached pics show an Otter in service with the free Greek forces in the Middle East. It has a few interesting features among which the antenna base that has been fixed to the front plate and the use of a Lakeman mg mounting on the turret.
It also has two stowage boxes fitted to the rear wings which follow the hull's profile in shape. Does anybody have any idea what these looked like from the rear? Did their inner faces follow the angles of the hull's sides or were they vertical? Are there any rear views of them anywhere? An internet search turned up nothing so far.
