Default Austin trucks for sale

For sale;
1944 Austin K6 6x4 Breakdown Gantry
On the road, new tyres fitted, complete with set of overall tracks, and travelling chain block on gantry. 5 ton winch.
one of around 10 in restoration.
Lack of storage forces sale.

£4,800 ono

David also has a 1943 Austin K6 6x4 Coles mobile crane
ex-army, on the road. Only one other known to exist.

Correct, Hanno,

Since then (Beltring 1999) it has had a repaint in sand colour. Both vehicles are still available, if anyone is interested, contact me for more details.

The REME Museum has two of these Austins in their vehicle collection.

Thanks for putting my ads up on the forum. If anyone is interested and needs more details, please do contact me.

The other Gantry shown in the thread was also at Beltring this year, having been driven down from Darlington, we managed to get all three together for photos, it is unlikely to be able to get three or more K6 in one place together as they are getting quite rare now.
