Parts are identical to any Willys jeep with the 4 cylinder motor. Although the military jeeps had a different cap and coil as a result of the waterproof system, the points, condensor and rotor are the same.

For instance, if you are using NAPA for your parts, the rotor would be AL104 and the points set would be either CS725ASB or CS725. I prefer the first number of the two as the design is closer to the original.

Sealed spark plugs are also available from NAPA, but not cheap. The Autolite number of 2245 is the cheaper choice at $22.59 retail or $12.01 trade price.

If you order through the US, Rock auto will cut all those prices in half or better, but you will lose any savings with the increase in postage costs.

Default Jeep M38A1 Cdn 2

I have purchased the Repair Manual #7610-21-848-1570 from Brian C. Asbury
It is exactly what needed for this jeep and the CDN3 as well.
Merci beaucoup Brian.

Don't need a manual for that one: NAPA 1010 . There are about 20 other numbers for the same filter including Fram C3P, Fram C134PL, etc etc.
