Default Winston Churchill in Egypt 1942

I'm currently collecting infos on Churchill's two trips to Egypt in Aug 1942.

Came across some photos of him visiting units on the Alamein front and in the Nil delta.

Anyone able to recognize the markings on the Humber's hood top and left fender and the PU's fender as well as the cheering units in pic. 1 and 4 ?

TIA
Oliver
