Default Driver's Handbooks

All of the Driver's Handbooks I've got Ford, Chev, even Dodge follow the naming convention of "vehicle model"-HB1 (e.g. F15A-HB1). Most were found in North America, two came from Australia, but none from Britain as far as I know. According to the AEDB Design Record, these are all the British version of the handbooks. The Canadian versions should follow the naming format "vehicle model"-HC1. Has anyone got both British and Canadian versions of the books for the same vehicle to be able to compare them? My guess is that the differences would be in things like took lists since the parts books make it clear that the tools supplied differed. Perhaps there was something different about lighting too since Canada had large areas that didn't really need a blackout. (Was blackout observed across Canada to save power or for uniformity?)
It puzzles me that I haven't seen any of the "Canadian" books here in Canada.
