The T 50 turret with the M2 Browning HB .50, and the L3A3/A4 Browning .30. the .30 is an upgraded M1919A4 converted to open bolt firing, and fitted with a safety bar.

About ammo.
The .50 ball is ADI manufactured, but with the lots of .30 ball at low levels, Yugoslavian 'boxer' primed milspec ball is being used, but the tracer in .30 is still LC74 US made.

I did not get a chance to check out the lot numbers on the 4B1T for the .50, as what I saw was strictly ball.

In the past year I have still seen LC72 US .30 Ball, but not in super large qty's.

Cheers,

Wes

I am not too sure what unit, but it could have been the Hunter Valley Lancers, and yes I am currently serving, but posted out to Qld in the new year. Good-bye Sydney and welcome Qld!

The pics were taken mid week last week.

Cheers,

Wes

ECN 146-2, Fitter, Armt, SGT.

Here is a pic of me taken about 10 days ago with some Singaporian soldiers with their SAR 21 5.56mm rifle. I was checking the trigger pull on it. A good bunch of guys.

Cheers,

Wes
