Default Lifting Eyes

Thought I'd share this photo of my MkI* being hoisted up by its lifting eyes for the first time. Should have had my paint brush ready for the underneath!!

Was invited to be the centrepiece for the Scottish National Model Show as a 1 to 1 scale modeller!!!

Default lifting eyes

Nigel,
Will I be seeing this lovely carrier again this year at Beltring?

Default Maybe

Rod I'm not decided yet about Beltring. Prior to the fire I was all set to come down with our newly formed Living History Desert Group but now have been put back a year. My transporter truck won't be ready now before March 2006 and was going to drive the whole rig down. So its highly likely we shall make our entrance next year. May fly down and see show on Friday. Will keep in touch.

Nigel

Default Nigel fly down?

Stewart,
I think Nigel meant he would "fly down" in his 68 Jag XKE!! Wouldn't that be just as fast?
