Unhappy Chevrolet C60L Valves

Hi , I am looking to source a set of valves for my Chevrolet C60L CMP 1945. The engine is I believe a 216 with the engine number PR4056901 I will also need a gasket set for it , I am based in the UK but I do not know which gasket and valves will fit . If anyone can help I would be most grateful , Paul.

Default valves

If it is the original Canadian CMP engine , it will have the earlier type valves, these have a slightly longer stem than the post 1941? USA type valves. Sometime around 1941 GM in the USA changed the setup and fitted the valve caps to the valves. But the Canadian CMP engines remained unchanged.

Somebody else , please chime in and point out any errors in my theory

Any 216 gasket set should fit OK , 1937 was the first year but I'm no expert as they say in the classics

Unfortunately, those are NOT the correct inlet valves for the Chev 216 with "dome top" pistons.
