and make sure he knows to speak up if he feels something is not right. He might be new but safety always comes first. His fresh eyes might just come up with some better ways.

Sorry to hear that Rob, I know how painful it is, and how frustrating life can be with one useless arm! I'm sure you'll regain full use in time though. I've dislocated mine plenty of times when I was young, mostly on footy fields and ski slopes. It's probably the worst pain I've ever experienced, but it disappeared as soon as it popped back in. In the end I figured out how to do it myself on the field, mainly because I wouldn't let the medicos near me! However it got so loose in the end I needed a shoulder reconstruction, and another one at the age of 40 when I tried to play footy again! Pain and muscle wastage was horrendous after those ops, but each time I regained full use and strength in time, so I'm sure your's will come good too.

It's been five weeks since Greg moved to Queanbeyan so we went over this weekend to visit. We took a second hand x box with us and bought him a new tv. He has settled in well and is enjoying work. He has joined a bowling club and also joined a 10 pin bowling team.

Greg's landlord came over to visit his Grandmother in Batlow and brought Greg with him. I went to town and brought Greg out for a BBQ lunch and then took him back to Batlow where he was having a coffee with a school friend before being picked up for the return trip to the city.

Number one son came home to surprise his mother for her birthday.
The new fuel cap he bought is lockable and he left the keys in Queanbeyan. I sent him to town to get 6ol of petrol in jerry cans and then clamped a funnel into the breather hose on the fuel tank and spent 15 minutes filling the ute for his return trip. ![]()

Greg is working out his two week notice. There is not enough work coming in to keep a full staff. He has twelve weeks to find another job or his apprenticeship is cancelled.

Greg has finished first year and now starts second year at John McGrath Ford in Belconnen, he will now have a long drive to work. Greg liked the place he was working at, unfortunately work dried up and his boss asked him to take his holidays. When his holidays were almost up there was still no work coming in so he was told to look for work. He got an interview on Friday, the last day of his holidays, and starts work this Thursday so he will be unemployed for three days. He moved his tool kit to the new workshop today.

On Thursday 29th Jan. Vicki and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary. We had to go to Canberra to Vicki's diabetic specialist so we dined at an Italian restraint then visited Greg's work place. Greg ended up with the present. We bought him a 2010 Kia cerato that he took delivery of today. We bought his ute home and next year it will go on club plates.
