Mack NR-10

Hi There
This old Mack has been around the farm for quite a while . I didnt know how old it was for sure , but engine rebuild tag is from 1952 .
Then I noticed lots of green drab paint showing under that lovely baby blue.
So Im wondering if any one can tell by looking at the pics if this was military.
