Default MKII helmet with hand markings

Hi all,

I have a MKII helmet with some hand markings. Looks like B90437. Is There a way to identify the soldier unit? There is a name as well. There are no markings in the shell.

Thank you

Default B90437

This number was in the number grouping allotted to

No. 2 District Depot, Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps.

Toronto was the depot and the number was assigned to the individual

When he was sworn in. He kept it forever.

Default Research guidance

Can someone guide where to search for additional information. I would like to find the unit as well as the theatre or operation where this individual served. Any searching tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
