BSA folding bike $$$
you know that the economy is picking up (at least for some) when a battered BSA like this goes for almost 3 and a half grand!

Prices are approaching £800-£1000 in the UK now.
People must be mad to pay the prices.

It was great trying to replicate the missing parts......and it was ready enough to drive around in Normandy. Recently fitted repro handle grips and decals....just in time to drive around in Arnhem......still drives like sh%t though

Yeah - I had a 1937 Raleigh board-track racing bike that was slower on the road than my modern mountain bike, which was just as well as it had no brakes!
The frame geometry on these old bikes is terrible compared to modern bicycles. Much more cool, though.
