Thanks guys I will make sure I post lots of pictures. Did you notice in the one interior picture? They left the window mechanisms in the doors so they could open the back windows

Ian,

Nice catch! A shame that it's always the same section that is cut from surviving FAT's! The framework of the missing section is pretty basic box section and should be easy to make. The bins are a bit more challenging.

I measured the rear of one here in Holland for RichCam, but sadly it also had the rearmost part of the body missing.

Please keep us posted; lovely project.

Alex

I'm lucky my friend Andre has a beautiful Cab 11 and is going to supply me with all the measurements I need to rebuild mine completely.

Looks like a great project
Best of luck with its restoration .

Could you possibly post all the dimensions of a cab when you get them ?

Hi Andrew, when you're next down Sydney way you should visit Len Watkins who has a cab 12 FGT.

Any help greatly appreciated
Contemplating a body for my Cab 11 FGT to make it useable .
Either that or have it a static display as a "As delivered" piece
Always better when you can use an item though
