Default Hydraulic Hand Pump. What is it off?

I would like some help identifying this hydraulic hand pump.

It appears to be WW2 military vintage but that is as much as I know

It looks like the pump off a 30 ton press. So that's my guess.

Default Pump

Looks a bit like an early pump to test hydraulic/plumbing circuits for leaks.

It could be the pump for testing the hydraulic accumulators on artillery pieces. I was trying to find a manual that might have a photo, but no luck.

Default One thing it is not.

It is not the pump used in the 60 ton press that was mounted in the 60 Ton Press Trailer covered.
The manual for the press trailer references contract C.D. LV-587 on the cover. I have the impression that the same contract was used for many types of machinery lorries, can anyone confirm of deny this for me?

Thanks for all your suggestions Please keep trying

I have found a very small number stamped on the top cover - 2670. Not sure if it helps but this seems to be the only identification marking.
