Interesting. You don't often see the GMCs bobbed.

Also interesting is the shortened MLVW cargo box and the pair of DND plates on the truck. The plates are a bit of a no-no.

That was one of my first thoughts (after "Why?") but even if they clear on road, I don't think there would be much clearance for suspension movement off road as well as steering. Wonder what the ride is like on the short wheelbase? Stock M135 was "firm" when empty, the short wheelbase might pitch as well.
Sometimes I remind myself, "It's their truck, they can do as they want with it" (provided it isn't a hazard to other road users).
