Different F60L frame
Hello
I would like to know the idea of member of this forum about a difference of frame between two FORD CANADA F60L (the twice with cab number 13). On a F60L built in 1945 (circular roof hatch, cabestan at the end of each wheel circular indicator on the dash board and radiator protection after the front bumper (external)) , we observe at the rear end of the frame a double cross piece. On a other F60L also with cab number 13 but without cabestan and protection of radiator behind the front bumper, the rear of the frame is different with only one cross piece. Is this mount correct or is it a F60L with cab number 12 witch cab has been changed with a number 13 cab? I join the pic of the F60L from 1945 then the other frame. Regards Serge |

Double rear cross piece
This means the vehicle was originally built to be fitted with a winch.
