F15A - a lot of questions

1) In my F15A there is a hole on the left side of the roof, also in the floor plate.
What is the function?

3) Is there anyone how can make the plates for the right door and the housing upper engine.

4) Is the material of the rear window always in steel or were there even some made of glass.
