Default C60x Identity?

Hi there

Which C60X is this?

It's not a Machinery truck (no drop-down benches).

Is it the Chemical Warfare or Biological Lab?

I remember reading somewhere that there was also a Stores Body C60X made for the Canadian Army during the war so i am guessing this would be one of them . Someone tell me if i wrong .

Heres another C60X without a workbench on the Drivers side . I am not sure if the second photo shows the same truck but the camo pattern is similar .

Dr. Gregg's book mentions about 12 (?) different Machinery versions of the C60X. A number of these were of the Lindsey body type. Some had benches on both sides, others only on one side. Some with a door on left side front, others without, depending on the role of the vehicle.
The truck in the picture seems to be a Dutch army one, judging from the licence plate. I tend to think that it is a Machinery truck with only one bench on the left hand side, also the "TD" seems to suggest this, but it is hard to tell without a shot of the opposite side.
The Dutch army still has one of these C60X Workshops in storage. It's not the same truck, because that one does have banches on both sides.

At a later stage the Dutch Army converted C60X trucks by fitting a US Workshop body on it, in stead of the Lindsey one. I have even seen one example that had the petrol tanks swapped for smaller ones from another CMP, but I don't know if this was common.

I believe there is someone in Holland with a stores version of the C60X. Also a friend of Rolf Ask found a stores body.
