Hi

No one wants to bring their vehicles to Oromocto, I guess.

I thought for sure that Bill M. would come with his Diamond T but no word yet.

Still will be a good show indoors though.

regards
Darrell

Darrell,

Greetings. We haven't met yet, but I see we are in the same neck of the woods.

How are the vehicle returns looking so far? I'd be willing to drive my MUTT over for this.

Scotty

Hi Scotty

Pleased to meet you.

Rtns are not good. Just Bill has replied. I had asked a few other fellows but no replies yet. Bill may bring his CMP and Diamond T.

You're welcome to come out.

Any idea who owns the Willy's on the road from Oro to Gagetown (Hwy # 102), out near Swan Creek??

regards
Darrell

That may be Jason from the Base Museum. I'll ask him.

Ryan with the Desert Tan M38 was posted to Edmonton recently, so if it wasn't for the (cough ) "Iltis Guys", it would be getting pretty lonely on the mean streets of Oromocto. Remarkable for a Military Town really.

Hi Scotty

Ahhh......so that's where Jason is!! I know him quite well just never knew where he lived.

In fact the Museum is coming out to the Show on Sat to set up a display. I hear that they may, repeat may, have a few excess books to sell off too but that is still unconfirmed.

Oh and he won't be bringing his Willy's as it has a cracked block!! However, he mentioned that he just picked up a Cab 13 C60 last weekend!!! Not "Show Ready" either, unfortunately.

regards
Darrell

Jason is becoming the guy with a bunch of projects and no runners

I'll drop in and console him. Last time I talked to him, he figured that the exhaust manifold just needed some massaging, but it was otherwise GTG.

Either way, i'll drop in with the MUTT on Saturday.

Hi Scotty

Yes, do console the poor guy. The Museum has more runners than he does!!

And I look forward to seeing you on Sat. I'll be wearing a MLU T-shirt!!

Darrell

That's great Mike. I was doing a little Map Questing to see what would be involved (back roads) to drive the MUTT down to your place for a visit as you're the god father after all, but if your coming up, even better.

Scotty

Hi Fellas

Great to see youse guys today. Thanks for putting some green in the parking lot.

We'll have to work on that aspect of the Oromocto Show.

All in all, not a bad Fair today. Needs to be bigger.

regards
Darrell

Thanks for the invite Darrell. Was nice to meet up with a bunch of like minded folks. Pretty sure we shamed Jay enough to tape one of his projects together enough to get it to the Mall next time

Its was also nice to show my rig around and have none other than Bill and Mike to sort out anyone who tried to call it a "Willys/Throw Away/Roll Over Jeep", plus provide Repair and Recovery (literally) had it decided to crap out on me. BTW, Is there anyone in Oromocto that Bill Mulholland doesn't know???

Thanks again
