A reminder of what day it is.
This morning a C-47 in USAAF markings and invasion stripes flew low over home and banked away, with a Harvard flying close by. This followed later on by several Spitfires flying to and throw doing trips to the BoB Memorial at Capel le Ferne.
A good reminder of this special date. regards, Richard

That picture always makes me smile, two guys shovel digging, umpteen guys standing around taking in the sights.........................and a dozer idling away (must be waiting to see that hole filled in by hand). Sort of reminds me of any government make work project.
