What is this RE truck?

I am doing some initial web-based family history research, part of which may be possibly with the UK RE Museum.

On checking their web site this morning, I noticed a partial picture of this truck on the top of the page.

I thought the picture might be of interest to some members.

I think the orange blinkers detract from the picture a tad.
