Default Carrier Wheels

I was speaking to a friend at the weekend who said that British and Canadian road wheels are not interchangeable without machining.

Is this correct?

Hello Niel, I have been messing around with some carrier wheels, I thought I had British an Canadian wheels, in my opinion they are the same, or it must have been only British wheels, but there were a lot off differences in the bearings and sealings.

Green Greetings
