Unhappy booth for shifter

Does someone has the plan for a canvas boot of the shifter on a C15A?

Default Misc. Canvas Parts.........

I do not have any patterns for shifter boots...........but I would bet my fortune that the guys at Hammond may have one.

Now............I have taken some sewing machines out of storage and have made one lever boot for Rob Clarke..........( See: Restoration Forum.... New Year at Hammond Barn.) Rob shows a picture of the boot I made.

I do not have a truck, U/C or Jeep but I do have sewing machines. I will be working over the winter on various projects to be sewn up.

Once I get a line on good quality canvas, I will try and put some pieces together.

Maybe we can work together.

(I am convinced that making one or ten pieces is all the same. As a matter of fact, the tenth one will be the best because all the kinks have been worked out.)

There is also an old thread on Restoration Forum dealing with **Sewing Canvas.** There may be some ideas there.

Good Luck

Guy
