Default Future F22 pilot

Last night my step-son Christian, a high school freshman and first year Jr ROTC member was honoured to be able to lead the Pledge of Allegiance at the year end banquet in front of almost 200 attendees. In his first year of Jr ROTC Christian has been promoted from Airman Basic to Tech Sergeant and last night received seven service ribbons for his efforts this year. It's his avowed intent to be sponsored by a Texas senator to attend the Air Force Academy and become an F22 pilot. I'm helping and hope he achieves his dreams...and takes his step dad for a ride!

That is something that should make you very proud.
Congrats,

Thank you for kind remarks gentlemen! He's a remarkable young man. I neglected to mention that he is very close to becoming an Eagle Scout and is an acomplished violinist in his school's orchestra. All this in spite of his abusive father who is a drug using alcoholic and when he isn't in prison, seldom bothers to see his son. Fortunately, sometimes the acorn does fall far from the Oak tree.
