I found two Canadian military folding tables, stands or benches. Less than 5' long and not sturdy enough for two to sit. Way too short to be used as a cot or stretcher. What were their primary function? Radio stand or for luggage???

Now that I have your attention, it isn't military at all, but something made up with surplus webbing. The unfinished, cut-off ends of the web is one of the characteristics that his is a non-military item.
