Whereas Mike's Commonweakth link was at the top of the "old" MLU forum, and since it obviously isn't on the new forum, does that mean that one should stick his site into one's favourites?

Also, what about reverse references to the MLU forum from other sites such as MAD?

Regards your first question... this forum is written in PHP, which is a server-based language considerably more complex than the old HTML interface. When I figure out how to hack the PHP pages, I can include all sorts of stuff like that on this one.

The alternative is to put up a "Links" forum in the 'B' Echelon category and lock significant links at the top so they never get driven down the list.

Ref existing links to the old MLU forum from other locations, eventually users will pass along the information about our new location, but I'll also lock and leave the old forum up for a few months with a link at the top, so people reporting there will know where to go.
