Default Gas Tank strap felt

Checking the shelves I see I have an original piece of
carrier Gas tank felt 5/8" thick. It is 6 1/2 x 9 and came with the strap sets from Levy's. There's probably enough here to suit a carrier. It's free for the postage.

Default What about me?

Peter,

After only just missing out on getting into the squished CMP 'miserable old bastard' club - could I get in as a 'leftover hunk'?

See you in a few weeks in Acton.

Default What to do??

I'm racking my brains trying to think up a reply.
If you think I'm going to call you a "hunk" (of what?)
that won't happen on this forum and you don't fall into the leftover catagory. Chris V. can handle this one.
PS...I might have a free ford 8 cwt. (very sad shape)
Right beside it is a dead carrier.
