Hi Dick,

I think that serial number plate is from a Chev C60S, (134" wheelbase, 4 x 4), built in the 1942 contract year.

Default I agree

Number 13 Cab, C60S, 1942 Model, 1941 Contract possibly, assembled first half of 1942. Note the body number...

Default Compare to my `42 Pat 13

Hi Dick

Interesting comparing numbers, below is the plate on my 1942 C60S Pattern 13 Chev. Looking at your plate serial number it appears that mine was built 7877 or so afterwards. While comparing the engines serial numbers there is something like 20,965 between the two plates.
