Morris-Commercial CD/SW 30 cwt 6X4 mit 3.7cm Pak 35/36

I recently had a look at a new book from Schiffer Military History Publishers which is entitled :-

'Africa Korps - Rommels Tropical Army in North Africa in Colour'

Naturally it was the colour photographs that attracted me but not the price, so I have not yet bought a copy.

If any of you have it, look at the photo on Page 125 as it shows a rear shot of what appears to be a Morris-Commercial CD/SW 30 cwt 6X4 fitted with a rear facing 3.7cm Pak 35/36. There does not appear to be wheels fitted to the A/T gun and the rear end of the vehicle looks to be cut down. It also carries a prominent black cross (without the white in it) on the side of the forward stowage bin suggesting a captured vehicle. Has anyone else seen anything similar?

Strangely the book does not have captions for most of the photos including that on Page 125. Also the text is in German & English so it may be a rework of an old book published in Germany?
