Default Vietnamese translation

I have a captured NVA flag, red and blue with the yellow star on it in my collection. It has some inscription handwritten in pen which appears to have been added likely at time of capture.
My problem is that I need the services of someone with a knowledge of Vietnamese to translate it for me.
CHI KHU B'SAR TICH THU
TAI 867604
05103173
I have no idea what the numbers mean, perhaps map grid reference?
I also wonder if the CHI KHU i a reference to the tunnel system known as Cu chi in English?

Any help greatly appreciated!

Default Vietnamese Translation

Did you try running it through an on-line translation?

Default Vietnamese

It was confiscated in the B'sar region of Vietnam and the numbers represent a grid reference.

Amazing Google is.

Hi Ed

Best I got from it was "confiscated" and chi khu being a "subdivision" in S VN.
Did your reference show where b'sar is in relation?

Default Google Maps

If the translation is correct, B'sar is northeast of Ho Chi Min City. Try locating it in Google Maps.
