Default Dieppe-The Movie

Not being employed at present,I decided to watch our "Made in Canada" movie.I don't know if this question has been raised before, but out of curiosity who own the CMP's,Brens, in the movie.I think I know the owner of the Dodge Command car here in Montreal.as it was in a Remembrance parade a few years ago

Garry, with regards to the Dieppe movie, I believe that it was Brian Asbury who supplied many of the vehicles for the shoot.
Some of the film was done in Picton (beach scenes), some in Toronto (staging, boarding ship etc) and some in Montreal.

Default Details please!

I know nothing about this film so tell me (us) more. Is it a feature? Documentary? If nothing else, I'd like to see it to see the vehicles.

Whilst here, what films have been made about Canadian military history? I remember an old Jimmy Cagney movie about bush pilots who go off to fly Hudsons ("Captains of the Clouds"?) and of course there is "Reil." But after that what? I really am interested in all sorts of Canadian military history back to the French, but for purposes of this forum we had better stick to twentieth century unpleasantnesses.

Thanks a heap.
