Mystery tow hook

These tow hooks are have a Ford part number SE-51-5190. They are a left side variety. I can find no further information on them. Possibly from a light armoured vehicle or a modified conventional pattern truck?
Any ideas? ...... Brian

Hi; Those look like the front tow hooks from my 40's G8T Ford 1 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive truck. Basically a civilian truck with a few Military modifications. The front frame cross member was notched for those hooks and also an additional bar steel cross member was installed . All using the original bumper support holes in the frame. Newc

Dave: good work. I checked my TM10-1432 (Ford 1-1/2-ton 4x2 parts book) and TM10-1347 (Ford 1-1/2-ton 4x2 G8T Maintenance book) and there are the images and the part numbers...………….. Brian
