Default CMP Jack

I spent the children's inheritance on a jack yesterday. Using the search facility here I am relieved to see that it is correct for the CMP F60S I have.
I have three questions:
1. What does the handle look like?
2. What colour should the jack be painted (it is in primer at present)?
3. Where on the LAAT is the jack stowed and how is it secured.
Though the jack is the same as the one previously illustrated in this forum, both of them lack the "flip top" shown in the factory illustration of the tools.
The jack is dated 1943 on the side and 1942 on the removable bottom.
