Default Ferret Mk2/3 goes to a new home

Work has downsized by a few pieces over the last year or so.

A couple more still to go if buyers can be found.

This was my mine once, nice to see it go to a good home, nice people bought it.

I wont say who and where as that is for them to say.

We had a few minor issues and she needs a tidy up badly.

Glad it will get loved again

Always nice to know a loved toy will be loved by the next owner. The last picture is interesting Robin, she on a ferry?

Glad to see a good vehicle going on to someone who will hopefully show it as much respect. Years ago a black powder cartridge rifle shooter told me, we don't own these things - we just look after them for the next generation.

After delivery I took the new owner for a familiarisation drive and gave instruction on the use of the controls and recomended many hints and tips on usage and then we parked it up all safe and tidy.

I got home from work last night and had not even made it from the truck to the house and was called by the new owner, it wont drive, the gear change pedal has gone limp.

We had some discussions and it appears that a component has failed in the gearbox.

This is very awkward now.

Andrew, I took a scenic route to deliver it and yes that is water.
