try Internet Explorer
Hi Marc
If you're using the Internet Explorer, go to settings, then Internet options, General, hit the "language" button. There delete all preferred languages and the ebay-site shouldn't be restricted anymore. Most likely, the labels in your Internet Explorer are described differently as I'm using the German version.
