Default Power Plant Heater - Arctic. For Dodge 3/4 Ton family of vehicles

For Sale: Some of the major components of the Power Plant Heater Kit (Arctic) for the Dodge 3/4 Ton trucks (M37, M42, M43).

This is a 24V, gas-fired unit designed to heat the engine coolant and also blow hot (exhaust) air onto the engine crank case & oil pan.

These heaters are known as the Superfex or Perfection heater, and mount behind the right front fender on the outside of the truck

I have the components shown in the photos, including:
  • Heater unit / burner assembly
  • Control assembly
  • Control cable assembly
  • Fuel control valve
  • Fuel Pump
  • Reprint and/or PDF copy of the manual
  • Spare flame switch
  • Spare igniter
Note: I do not have the "complete" heater kit for sale here. There are other various components including; fuel lines, coolant hoses, various fittings, exhaust flex-hose, etc that will be required to install this unit. What I have available, are the parts listed above only. To my knowledge, these are all NOS components, but I cannot verify any details beyond that.

Willing to trade for M37 or M38A1 parts.

Here is a link to the manual, for more information on this unit: http://garbee.net/~cabell/arcticmanual.htm

Thanks Dave! I look forward to seeing that heater installed and running on your M37.

I have another heater with the same components for sale, if anyone else is interested. Send me a pm.
