Default My Newest MV

One persons bad luck can be another persons good fortune. A buddy of mine sold his property north of Whitby for a few million but unluckily had to clean the place up. Lucky for me. I have wanted this for about 10 years and at that time it wasn't rusty. The tires are 8.00X9 which should be almost impossible to get. The side of the box says:

US ARMY
?????5/30
FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY

Cheers,
Barry

hello barry

they won't be the same tread, but check out carlisle tire, as they carry tires for lawn equipment, snow blowers, and all sorts of smaller stuff, and they may have something that will fit.

cheers

mike

Perhaps you can modify the wheels to accept the 7.50X10 non-directional US mule tires that are currently sold by Coker, Wallace wade, and others.

Barry..
You make damned sure ,your winger Brian ,is not throwing his beer cans at people when you two are hiking it down the 401 to the next swap meet...and that he is not standing up in the box ,when it is moving and he's trying to get rid of that used beer...
I got an old wooden butter box for a seat for Brian ,if you are coming to BBB3 At Bob's on the 15th..

Barry has a Cushman Truckster. I seem to remember seeing By-law enforcement officers putting around Seattle with these back in the '70's. The motor was made by OMC if I remember correctly. Derek.

Derek and Rick you are both almost right. It is called a Westcoaster as opposed to Mike being an Eastcoaster. This compamy is almost a clone for Cushman. One big difference is that they used Onan engines instead of OMC. They made mailsters and trucksters. This one has an Army contract number on the data plate and was bought close to the Tobyhanna PA military base.
Ian Fawbert listed a trailer on Aus. Epay and it is advertised with 600X9 tires. Before these two I had never heard of 9 inch tires. I will do as
Mike says and check availability and if not I think Rob Love has the answer.
Cheers,
Barry
