An unusual find but I have several reconditioned Gun sets of platform handles for the 25 pdr, front and rear respectively.
I can strip them down if anyone just needs the handles and chains.
Firing mechs also available.

They are £150 (£75 each) a gun set but due to the cost of postage if its the handles, chains and fixing bolts you are missing I can strip the units down and send what you need to make postage a lot cheaper.
Generally the carriages have the handle carriers still attached as they are riveted on and normally the handles have been removed.

Ironically I had a 25 pdr in last year that had one complete carrier missing, someone had ground the rivets off and removed it so I fabricated one from scratch and then these turn up, could have saved a lot of time and effort !

Mmm........I sold my last spare spade box a month ago to an Artillery Association from shoeburyness along with some other bits to complete their 25 pdr.
25 pdr parts and accessories are becoming a real problem to find now even over here where stocks lasted for quite some time after the guns were removed from service. There's a lot of people out there looking for bits and very little to be found.
My best find recently were a number of telescope cases for the 17 and 25 pdr , previously I must have had half a dozen through my hands in as many years.
