Default Continental Engine

If anyone can help me with information on a 6 cylinder Continental Engine I would appreciate it.
I have been told it is a Continental Engine.
It has been used at some time to drive a portable saw mill.
The chassis it is sitting in looks military, but it looks like it has been mounted to the rear of the chassis, pretty much a homebuilt job.
What type of vehicle might it have come from?
Is it of use to anyone?
What type of wheels are on the mill?
The wheels at the engine end are on a diff.

Default Engine and Wheel

Hi:
I would suggest the flathead is a Pontiac/Olds engine. One picture showed a GM casting mark upside down.

The wheel is Brit., possibally off an A90 Austin or similar.
