can anyone please point me in the direction of an electronic ignition supplier for my F15 v8, seems like they make them for every other v8 except mine!
Regards, gareth.

Gareth,

Try http://www.classicheads.com/Electronic_Ignition.html. I have no experience with this company nor its products, but they list "Ford Flathead V8 - various distributor types".

Hope this helps,
Hanno

Thank's Hanno, I know of these, looking for other suppliers where I won't have to get a bank loan to buy it!
I have a unit already, but it is for positive ground and I have changed to negative ground and have gone back to a points set up, but what a pain to get to them!! Regards, Gareth.

I used an electronic distributor, Mallory, from Speedway. Cost is not cheap, around $375 USD. They also have a regular one at $300 USD.

Regards,
Jim
