Default caution plate

i have a plate out of a chevy
it reads

CAUTION
maximum allowable gross weight
including chassis,cab,body,payload
and driver

not to exceed 15700LBS
general motors of Canada LTD


did these plates appear in Fords as well and where were they situated in the cab? 11, 12, 13 cab??.

the attached pic is of a g.m. caution plate, which came from a 12 cab c15a water truck.
