Default Parts ID

Hi all you experts
What is this panel. It's probably some sort of heat shield as it has an asbestos sandwich layer. It's24 and three quarter inches long and 13 and a half inches wide.

HI Bob

It looks like it might be a lower engine panel from a carrier. Its rather close looking to ones in Canadian carriers but still different
