Default Beautiful machine......

With that shade of yellow and the over strong build of the cab...... it seems to say .....RCAF local field Canadian modification.......

any opinion????

Default Very possible.....

....seems to be a similar set up to the M 43.......

As ugly as the cab appears to be it may be a rare occasion to preserve "as is" showing the local customization for comfort and the reality of Canadian weather.

Yellow with RCAF cresst on the doors might be very original. After all APT were pretty much a Canadian mod to start with.....some obviously transferred post war to the RCAF.

Default Hard top

Bob; Based on the other photos Eric posted on FB, it appears the hard top was manufactured in 1951. It definitely would be a welcomed addition for winter days on an Air Force tarmac.
