Sold: DEWAT Inglis BREN

Goodday all,

I have an Inglis BREN Dewat that's now become surplus to my collection.

I might have bought a second one....and it's nicer so I'm selling the older one.

In trying to divine a price, I had a look at CGN - they had 2-3 up over the past several months, and one that's in amazing shape is offered at $3K, the others less. I know what I paid for my new one, and this one is not as nice, so I'm offering it at a lower price than I paid for my new one.

Asking $1600

This is a cock-and-click Dewat - the barrel is welded in place, the breech-block face is ground off, and the receiver is a re-weld. The magazine can be removed, and it mounts nicely on the tripod (tripod is NOT included)

I'm leaving for Connaught Ranges on Monday - if you want this gun, and are on the Trans-Canada between Halifax and Ottawa, I'd be happy to meet you in person and exchange along the way- screw Canada Post and their stupid shipping costs.

I'll be at Connaught with the gun until 22 Sep.

Comes with the gun, and magazine (pinned.)
