Carrier plans
This seems like the place to ask. Are there available sets of 1/35 Carrier plans? Jeff Plowman has a set for the Mk1 (I think) in his 2nd NZed Divisional Cavalry and I have the spiral-bound reprints from the tech manuals published by somebody whose name I forget (bought them at AMPS, very useful, very nice Canadian bloke behind the table) and I have the old Profile book, "Making Tracks." I am looking to make my modeling life a bit easier by finding a collection. I'm not the greatest modeler in the world, but I try to have the right reference.
Thanks Bob |

Are you going to the next militaria show in Ottawa? April 6, I believe. I was going to see if I could get up that way, and it is always nice to see you, whether you are selling books or not. Stewart Busting Up the Ice on the Roof in Beachville |

Spiral bound series
Bob it's just to say be careful when using some of the details in the spiral bound copies Military Vehicle Workshop Series MV12 and 16 as I'm afraid there are mistakes in them.
Plans etc can be obtained from Bovington Tank Museum, Wareham, England or from a friendly source who may have manuals both workshop and parts. Nigel |
