Post 9.00 x 16 IN AUS

I have managed to find 'several' 9.00x16 bar tread tyres. I am considering doing a bulk-buy (which makes them cheaper).
What I need is an idea of how many people would like a set or two. We are looking at a price of around $320-330 each ex Wagga Wagga. (I will be going to Corowa & don't mind draging a trailer).
Leave comments here or PM me
Thanks
Howard

Howard,

You can get em considerably cheaper than that . Try Agtyres at Moree NSW , they sell the MRF brand and they deliver too , good service .

Mike

Default Ex. Adelaide

Hi all
Just for interest rang my tyre contact and his price is $198 each including GST. Tube is about $20. Also be aware that there are two versions, i.e. high speed and low speed. These are MRF high speed and he has five in stock at the moment. More have been ordered but delivery date from India is unknown at this time. This is a special club price and of course you are all in the club.

Default "High Speed Tyres"

Salesman Bob,
What do you mean by "High Speed"? Why would you need high speed tyres on a Blitz? If you can do 80 k's, you are going too fast! My tyres don't mention anything about speed. Get out of that hot Adelaide sun!

Default High Speed/Low Speed

Hi Eric
According to the tyre man the two ratings have to do with the ply rating of the tyre. I had never heard of it myself but apparently the "low speed" is for speeds up to 30kph. I'll ring him on Monday to get a clarification on this subject.

Post Moree

An update on 9.00/16. My "Tyre Man" (local tyre dealer who I buy from daily) has contacted AgTyres in Moree & has worked out a deal to supply him on a wholesale basis, looking around $205 delivered to Wagga Wagga.
The offer still stands, I'll drag a trailer to Corowa, if that helps anyone. (Might cost you a beer) just let me know...
Cheers
Howard.
