One day in the intelligence centre where I worked in Afghanistan there was a laugh and a call from across the floor. Four of the Five Eyes were present, and we supported all contingents who did not have access to all of the same sources as us. The senior officer was called over. In a stern voice he announced that following yesterday's raid on a marijuana processing facility and confiscation of X tons of illegal drugs, 'the Dutch would attend the burning of the marijuana'.
