Harden and Johnston used to be a Dodge dealership if memory serves me right.

They were well known so someone could give you more background.

Regards

Col

Part of the Chrysler-Dodge Distributor network in Australia. Had several 1/4 ton truck assembly contracts during the course of the war, and purchased ex-Army jeeps from disposals at war's end for resale. I suspect the plate dates from this later period, rather than initial contract assembly. What is your vehicle's registration number (if you know it) and the chassis number? They might provide some clues.
