Dunno if you're asking in the right place, but that wingy thing on the right side sure got my attention. Maybe ask on a construction or heavy machinery forum.

Hi Alan,

The actual crane looks to be a British made Coles EMA, although the running gear it is on is not familiar.

I have some material on the running gear some where but am sure it has a connection with Ransome, if i cant find it i know a man who will have the answer

Definetly a Coles , on unusual running gear but maybe a post war product ?
